Greek Lenten Foods

Most of the cuisine found in this blog during the last 15 years has featured Italian, Spanish and French cooking. Tonight I want to shine the spotlight on lenten foods in Greece, inspired by a recent post by Diane Kochilas, whose cooking and food writing has provided so many delights.
